I went through a 5 month treatment which consisted of 3 prp sessions. The first 2 prp sessions went very well and i had good overall experience( not speaking in terms of results). But during my last prp session, there was a change in procedure ( the injections were also painful compared to previous sessions). The 4th syringe was directly sprayed on scalp instead of injecting which was not done in my previous sessions and when I wanted the reason and explanation, I wanted to consult the doctor, so i went to the cabin. The lady who usually sits on the receptionist place, today she was on the doctor's chair. She did not respond with a proper explanation which would calm or give some satisfaction, she was being rude and was dismissing my concerns when I was trying to ask her the reason behind this change of procedure. Instead the receptionist told me it was because I had small pimples on my scalp. Which was not the case because I got it verified. Whereas the person who performed the procedure told me that blood was oozing out of the scalp( which has not happened before) and hence he sprayed the last syringe of the plasma onto the scalp.This one incident overshadowed the other all good experiences. Now I do not wish to recommend any of my peers to visit this clinic.
