I recently had an experience with New Root Hair Clinic in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I’m from Canada and originally planned to go to Turkey for a hair transplant. While I was researching, I spoke with Rifat from New Root. He was excellent in following up and encouraging me to consider Dhaka. While I was in Dhaka, I decided to visit the clinic. Dr. Rezwan was fantastic—very kind—and we agreed on 5,000 grafts for 1,30,000 taka. The procedure went well, and the staff were great.However, there was one issue. Before my flight back to Canada, I needed an earlier hair wash. Although Dr. Rezwan usually suggests 10 days, he agreed to do it after 6 days due to my flight. Unfortunately, the technician, Fahim, was rough and did not handle the process carefully. Instead of soaking with water, he rubbed with gauze and caused damage to the area. Now, after a month, while most of the hair is growing, I have a patch missing, likely due to the rough handling.Overall, the procedure itself was good, but I was disappointed by that final step. I hope the clinic ensures that future aftercare is done more gently. Otherwise, the doctor and main process were excellent.

Please don't waste your money and time to get pain of hair transplant.Rather go for hair patch, it will give you your dream look without any pain and with very minimal cost.The physical pain can be borne as it was for the time being but when you realized that you have chosen a wrong clinic and have wasted your precious money and time just in vain then you will regret as I am doing now.I was being assured by Dr.Sudipto that after the surgery no scalp will be visible. So agreed and did my transplant from NEW ROOTS KOLKATA CLINIC on 01.09.2023 and spend more than 1lakh before and after the surgery. But the result is quite disappointing and when I asked the reason then the same doctor again asked me for one more transplant, but now I have lost faith on him and not going to suffer the pain durin the local anaesthesia as it feels like everything is burning inside your head and nerves and not going to spend a single penny on them, so I suggest everyone to go for hair patch instead of transplant, it will give you your dream look without any pain and with very minimal cost.

I decided to undergo a hair transplant within just a week and opted for a no-shave DHI procedure under the care of Dr. Subhajit Ghoshal.I’ll be entirely frank: I was a skeptical and difficult patient. I came in with a long list of aggressive and controversial questions. Where other doctors might have shown frustration or simply said they didn't want a patient like me, Dr. Ghoshal listened with a warm smile. Every time I mentioned I had more questions, he gladly replied, "Please go on." He further proved his integrity by not upselling. He honestly explained that the far less costly Sapphire method also yields excellent results, leaving the choice of DHI entirely up to me without any financial pressure. This transparency built a level of "blind trust" that was fully justified once the surgery began.Because I chose a no-shave surgery, the procedure was much more labor-intensive. The surgery spanned two days and went late into the night. Despite the long hours, the entire team of technicians never rushed. I admit I was a bit of a "problem child" during the process—I felt cold, so they arranged a blanket for me. Because the continuous water spray kept getting my robe wet, they patiently changed it multiple times without a single complaint.What truly touched my heart was their hospitality. They provided a lovely veg meal on both days, not just for me, but also for my mother who accompanied me, ensuring she didn't have to wander outside the clinic searching for lunch.Regarding the procedure itself: I experienced a bit of pain during the local anesthesia due to my skin sensitivity, but the rest of the surgery was almost entirely painless. Now, three days post-op, I am feeling quite comfortable. The reception team is incredibly knowledgeable and continues to proactively follow up and guide me via WhatsApp. The only minor challenge is adjusting to sleeping in a supine position (head elevated) for the first week, but that is a small price to pay. I am looking forward to my first head wash in a few days. I will again come back for a review update after my head wash , 1 month , 3 months , 6 months , and 1 year.In an industry where many clinics push for monetary gains, New Roots stands out for its dedication, ethical approach, and exceptional care at a competitive price.
