Instead of addressing a patient's legitimate concern, your team chose to pressure me into removing negative feedback.I had travelled all the way from Maldives to Bengaluru specifically for this consultation. I spent money on flights, hotel accommodation, local transportation, and took time out of my schedule believing I would receive expert medical advice and proper documentation. Instead, the entire experience has been a complete waste of my time, money, and trust. Even after all this, I am still waiting for something as basic as my prescription.Your claim that patients are free to purchase medicines from any pharmacy is also inconsistent with what actually happened. Madhu repeatedly insisted that these medicines could not be purchased anywhere else in India and that I would have to buy them from your clinic. I was strongly encouraged to purchase a 3–4 month supply immediately. That conversation made it abundantly clear that the priority was selling medications rather than providing unbiased medical care. If patients are genuinely free to buy medicines elsewhere, why were they repeatedly told that the medicines were unavailable outside your clinic?This experience has left me with the impression that your business model prioritizes revenue over patient welfare. Ethical healthcare providers focus on diagnosis, treatment, and patient support—not on withholding prescriptions, discouraging honest reviews, or creating pressure to purchase expensive medications exclusively from their clinic.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. If you are looking for genuine medical care, transparency, and professional ethics, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The moment the consultation fee was paid, the follow-up completely stopped, and no one seemed interested in providing the prescription that was promised.This gives the impression that the clinic is more focused on selling products than on patient care. A prescription should never be withheld or delayed because a patient chooses to buy medicines or products elsewhere.
