I’m from Canada and originally planned to go to Turkey for a hair transplant. While I was researching, I spoke with Rifat from New Root. He was excellent in following up and encouraging me to consider Dhaka. While I was in Dhaka, I decided to visit the clinic. Dr. Rezwan was fantastic—very kind—and we agreed on 5,000 grafts for 1,30,000 taka. The procedure went well, and the staff were great.However, there was one issue. Before my flight back to Canada, I needed an earlier hair wash. Although Dr. Rezwan usually suggests 10 days, he agreed to do it after 6 days due to my flight. Unfortunately, the technician, Fahim, was rough and did not handle the process carefully. Instead of soaking with water, he rubbed with gauze and caused damage to the area. Now, after a month, while most of the hair is growing, I have a patch missing, likely due to the rough handling.Overall, the procedure itself was good, but I was disappointed by that final step. I came in with a long list of aggressive and controversial questions. Where other doctors might have shown frustration or simply said they didn't want a patient like me, Dr. Ghoshal listened with a warm smile. Every time I mentioned I had more questions, he gladly replied, "Please go on." He further proved his integrity by not upselling. He honestly explained that the far less costly Sapphire method also yields excellent results, leaving the choice of DHI entirely up to me without any financial pressure. This transparency built a level of "blind trust" that was fully justified once the surgery began.​Because I chose a no-shave surgery, the procedure was much more labor-intensive. The surgery spanned two days and went late into the night. Despite the long hours, the entire team of technicians never rushed. I admit I was a bit of a "problem child" during the process—I felt cold, so they arranged a blanket for me. Because the continuous water spray kept getting my robe wet, they patiently changed it multiple times without a single complaint.​What truly touched my heart was their hospitality. They provided a lovely veg meal on both days, not just for me, but also for my mother who accompanied me, ensuring she didn't have to wander outside the clinic searching for lunch.​Regarding the procedure itself: I experienced a bit of pain during the local anesthesia due to my skin sensitivity, but the rest of the surgery was almost entirely painless. Now, three days post-op, I am feeling quite comfortable. The reception team is incredibly knowledgeable and continues to proactively follow up and guide me via WhatsApp. The only minor challenge is adjusting to sleeping in a supine position (head elevated) for the first week, but that is a small price to pay. I am looking forward to my first head wash in a few days. She recommends to go for bio sapphire method, it includes 3 PRP sessons (₹5000/each). As per their advice FUE is old technique and they are not experienced in handling needed during extraction of hair which will lead to 25% hair loss during extraction itself. Secondly during slitting via needle they will make uneven slitting and scars healing will create bumps around hairs and it will look un natural. During FUE hair is not kept in PRP plasma so some hairs may also not remain alive till they are transplanted. So if you are looking for FUE technique which is prevalent in current time. This clinic is not experienced in good results.
