Madhu repeatedly insisted that these medicines could not be purchased anywhere else in India and that I would have to buy them from your clinic. I was strongly encouraged to purchase a 3–4 month supply immediately. That conversation made it abundantly clear that the priority was selling medications rather than providing unbiased medical care. If patients are genuinely free to buy medicines elsewhere, why were they repeatedly told that the medicines were unavailable outside your clinic?This experience has left me with the impression that your business model prioritizes revenue over patient welfare. Ethical healthcare providers focus on diagnosis, treatment, and patient support—not on withholding prescriptions, discouraging honest reviews, or creating pressure to purchase expensive medications exclusively from their clinic.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. If you are looking for genuine medical care, transparency, and professional ethics, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
