Earlier, they assured me that a special team would come from Hyderabad specifically for the DHI procedure, but that turned out to be a fraudulent approach just to gain my trust.The procedure began on 03/08/2025, and was to be completed over two days. However, on the first day, about 2,500–3,000 grafts were implanted, done by only technician in the absence of doctors and to my surprise, the Fue Swift method was used, involving pre-made slits in the recipient area — which directly contradicts the principles and protocol of the DHI technique.As per the clinic’s own materials and universally accepted DHI standards, the method involves direct implantation using Choi implanter pens without any pre-made slits. During my procedure, no plunger-based Choi pens were used, which is the hallmark of true DHI. What was actually performed on me resembles more of a Sapphire FUE or the clinic’s in-house Swift method — both significantly lower-cost or half of cost alternatives to DHI. They just looted me.As a Central Government official, I feel cheated and misled. I demand further compensation from your clinic for this clear breach of trust and deviation from the promised service.
