I visited last month with taking prior appointment for GFC procedure. Even though I had specifically asked for time and reached before time, I was made to wait for 2 hours before I was allowed to meet the doctor. In the meantime when I was waiting in the waiting area, all the people who came before me as well as all the people who came after me were visiting the doctor’s cabin. I was made to wait till every other person had consulted the doctor. If you are going to serve first come and first serve basis let the customers/ patients know on the call. The worst thing is that you are not even following first come first serve policy. People came an hour after me and visited the doctor’s chamber just after 15 minutes. Was their time more valuable than mine? I called and took an appointment and was made to wait 2 hours just to meet the doctor then what’s the purpose of taking appointment? Complete unprofessional behaviour.2. I had asked for fees on the call for GFC procedure and I was told 10k. I specifically asked was there anything else that I needed to pay for on the day of doing the procedure like taxes or other charges, I was told no hidden charges. Well and good.On the day Of procedure I was made to pay extra charges of doctors fees-300, blood test- 3700, Derma roller-500.Have some basic decency to inform your customers when they call you and ask for charges.3. When I called and asked if there was anything that I needed to take care of before GFC procedure, I was told nothing. When I visited, was made to buy Derma roller for 500 because it was needed in GFC procedure. I had a Derma roller at home and you could have let me know to bring it to the center. But no, that would have prevented you to rob me of another 500 rupees.4. The lady at the reception needs to go through some training in communication skills and how to have conversation with people. A complete rude, unprofessional, ill mannered and impolite person.5. At the time of paying the bill, was offered a 10%discount if I paid in cash. I don’t know any other place where you get discount if you pay in cash. This is some kind of scam that they are doing and GST or Tax & Revenue department should certainly have a look in their finances for shady practices.6. It took them a week with daily reminder to provide me the receipts.7. While I was waiting for my turn, I noticed the reception staff to compel other patients to give a five star Google review. This is another fraud that they are doing with the reviews. Reception staff opened the Google review page in patients’s phone, give a five star herself and told the patient to write positive things. What a shame!!8. I had asked for approximate time for my GFC procedure at the time of enquiry call and was told 1-2 hours. Guess what it took them 4 hours for a procedure of 10 minutes.
